## Description

This is Amendment 2 which extends the NLT time for quotes to 29 March 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Questions are now due NLT 22 March 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. An updated Combined Synopsis solicitation labeled Amendment 2 Fort Drum has a requirement for aerial herbicide for designated training areas. This requirement will be isued as a purchase order for only this fiscal year. Attached is the combined synopsis solicitation. Fill out and return to the designated personnel. This is solicted as full and open competition.
