Performance criteria for overall duties fall under Contractor responsibilities. The Contractor shall provide the appropriate amounts of qualified labor and management necessary to perform quality FFS ordered under this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract in a cost effective, safe and environmentally sound manner.
