## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service to modify a current system installed in a conference room to integrate a SIPRnet laptop into the existing equipment with minimal modifications and user touch panel configuration changes. The modification to the conference room will include:

relocation, installation, and setup of integrated audio/video communication equipment within a conference room to include NIPR & SIPR VTC codec capabilities. See PWS for more details The Closing Date and time for this Solicitation is 25 September 2024, at 07:00 am MST. The Offeror shall submit electronic copies of their quotation package via email with the subject line W911RZ-24-Q-0040. Questions shall be emailed to:
