The contractor shall provide the capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment across several battalion footprints, when necessary and established at the TO level. Locations also include the wash rack, line haul site, Deployment Ready Reaction Field (DRRF) and the Rail Operations Center (ROC) to support operations throughout the III AC footprint. Services provided under this action will be in support of deployment, redeployment operations and in certain circumstances will require 24 hours of continuous operations, which will be identified at the TO level. During the contract period, the Government will identify tasks required to complete each specific job and will issue Requests for Task Order Proposals (RTOP) to all the MATOC Contractors.
