## Description

The Government intends to Sole Source this requirement to Sorinex Exercise Equipment, Inc. in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12 due to interoperability and uniformity with exisitng purchased/fielded equipment. The requisite justification is attached. Any and all ressponses should be addressed to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
