Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government. The contractor shall provide two (2) outdoor 35K (or greater) diesel forklifts (Fork size 7.5 FT long. /8 in wide. /Spread 7.5 FT). The forklifts will be delivered by the vendor vicinity 541st SSA, Building 8320 Wells Street, Fort Riley, KS, as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
