## Description

This is a non-personal purchase order, firm fixed price contract to provide DART Simulator Training Equipment to,1st Infantry Division (1ID) Health and Fitness (H2F) Fort Riley KS. The requested DART Simulation Training Equipment and specialized laser weapon suites provide a highly advanced, portable cognitive-marksmanship and ballistic reconditioning capability mandated by FM 7-22 (Holistic Health and Fitness).

Directed by H2F Cognitive Performance Specialists for Mental Performance Readiness, this 2 May 2026 system delivers an interactive, low-impact training environment to rapidly rebuild a soldier's fine motor skills, lethal force decision-making, and weapon mechanics without the logistics of a live-fire range.
