The Contractor shall provide the maintenance services of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210, Building 253, and Building 500 in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). NOTE: Please pay close attention to PWS Part 5, Para 5.1 stating the following: The Contractor will respond to service site calls in-person regarding failure of the system within two (2) hours from the time of notification for the failure.
