## Description

The contract action is both firm-fixed-price and competitive. Fort Riley has awarded a contract for system maintenance services for LENEL magnetic locking system for three (3) buildings on Fort Riley. The vendor is familiar with and able to provide the necessary system maintenance and software updates as provided in the RFP and PWS. The Contractor shall provide the maintenance services of a Magnetic Door Locking system using LENEL OnGuard software on Building 210, Building 253, and Building 500 in support of the areas specified in Program Background.
