The contractor shall contain, collect, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and residues generated as a result of this contract, and dispose of all wastes off the military installation at disposal sites authorized by federal, state, local, and installation laws and regulations. The desired result is to disinfect all pieces of military equipment in accordance with (IAW) the environmental standards of host nation(s). The contractor shall have the capability to set up all required equipment in designated locations to conduct the services without delay and must meet all safety and environmental requirements per installation guidance. This acquisition will result in Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). The Government will award up to five MATOCs from the resulting Solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to award less than five or none at all. There are eleven potential locations for performance. The locations will be determined at the Task Order level. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and SCA Wage Determinations for all potential locations are attached.
