## Description

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government MICC Fort Riley Kansas will be conducting this procurement on behalf of 1st Infantry Division (1ID) Fort Riley Kansas, Texas. For Tactical Water Purification System Repairs that will be completed at an appropriate repair location of the contractor’s choosing. The address of the repair site must be provided to USG to facilitate delivery and pickup of the five TWPS. The period of performance shall “not to exceed” repair timeline: 12 months.

The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall repair Fort Riley’s five TWPS systems in accordance with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on-site Technical Inspection (Enclosure 1). The USG is responsible for transportation of the five TWPS to and from the selected Outdoor Venture Corporation. The TWPS should be returned to a “Fully Operational” state at a minimum; safe to operate and capable of fully functioning as intended/designed.

The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use. At the close of each work period, government facilities, equipment, and materials shall be secured IAW Army Regulation (AR) 190-13, “The Army Physical Security Program.” Please see attached documents to include the Sources Sought Notice, the Draft Performance Work Statement, and the Enclosures.
