## Description

Amendment 1 removes the clauses 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities (April 2015), and 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (September 2016), in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) solicitation provisions and contract clauses related to Executive Order (E.O.) 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity, which has since been revoked by E.O. 14173.

Amendment 2 EXTEND SOLICITATION TO 17 MARCH 2025, ALL INDUSTRY QUESTIONS ARE DUE 13, MARCH 2025 AT 11:00 AM. PLEASE SEE ASSOCIATED PWS FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS FOR CLEANINGS AND INSPECTION PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO PG. 25. Scope Of Work The contractor shall provide services for Inspection and Cleaning of Vent Hood Exhaust and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems.

The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform all operations in connection with the Inspection and Cleaning of Kitchen Vent Hood Exhaust and Inspection of Fire Suppression Systems at Fort Johnson, Louisiana.

The work required for vent hood exhaust systems includes the removal of all grease and/or foreign matter that has accumulated on the interior of the kitchen/serving line range grease duct systems, and the inspection of these duct systems by Louisiana State Certified inspectors. The removal of this matter is required periodically to prevent a fire hazard.

The work required for fire suppression systems inspection includes but is not limited to checking all remote manual pull stations, mechanical or electrical devices, detectors and actuators for proper operation. Contractor is responsible for verifying the existing conditions. Contractor shall supply all material, labor and equipment as required.
