## Description

This is a total small business solicitation. All small businesses, regardless of socioeconomic category, are welcome to provide a RFQ in line with the required capabilities. This requirement is for operators, a rigging team, and one (1) Crane capable of hoisting an M1A2 Abrams (73.59 tons) onto/off of a Rail Car at a radius of 24 feet from the Crane. The Crane will be used to upload nonmission capable equipment from the ground onto train cars at Camp Funston Rail Yard, Fort Riley, KS, as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). DTG is 12-15AUG - day breakdown is as follows:

**12AUG24:** Mobilize in, standby to lift for any remainder of the 8- hour day 13AUG24: Lift (8 Hrs)

**14AUG24:** Lift (8 Hrs)

**15AUG24:** Standby to Lift ~3 Hrs, Mobilize out
