This is a non-personal services contract to provide Refuse and Recycling Services and operate the Construction and Demolition (CD) Landfill, Tree and Brush Debris Disposal Area and servicing reuse, recycle containers, and equipment at Fort Riley, Kansas.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, refuse containers, communications devices, transportation, fuel, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse collection and disposal and recycling services and operate the CD Landfill and Tree and Brush Debris Disposal Area.
