This Notice is directly related to Pre-Solicitation Notice ID no. W911QY25R0003, and serves to offer Industry an opportunity to review the anticipated Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Package, as well as to ask any questions prior to the formal Solicitation being issued later in January of 2025. This is NOT a request for proposal, and is being used for market research purposes only. Please see the attached copy of the Draft RFP and all supplemental documentation for additional details.
