## Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Solider Center (DEVCOM-SC), intends to award on a brand name, sole source basis under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements; a Firm Fixed Price contract is being sought with ICL Imaging Corp for Strategic Communication Visual Arts and Signage Services at the Natick Soldier Systems Center in Natick, MA.

The Natick Contracting Division (NCD) anticipates awarding this contract to ICL Imaging Corp, 51 Mellen St, Framingham, MA 01702-8522, United States. This is not a request for quotes. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
