Natick Contracting Division anticipates awarding a delivery order to the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Offeror that maintains a schedule under ITES-3H, and that is capable of providing the desired equipment outlined on the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) document (see Attachment 1). This is not a request for quotes. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
