## Description

This RFI notice is being issued for the purpose of determining market capability of sources and assessing industries’ current capabilities in providing medical lifesaving capabilities for use by military services in various theaters of field operations. The Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) will hold a demonstration day of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) technology at the Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCOE) Warfighting Forum on 21 May 2025 at Fort Detrick, MD.
