ASC Process Systems is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this system, and they are the only known vendor with the required experience and specialized knowledge of the specific equipment layout, connections, software organization, and software commands to be able to provide the required support and preventative maintenance. Market research has demonstrated that this econoclave is a specialized piece of equipment that requires detailed knowledge of components, functions, and processes. It is essential that the service is performed correctly by an experienced technician as equipment failure could result in severe damage to property or person because this equipment is a pressurized vessel with heating capability.
