This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division, No. W911QY-24-R-0007 on behalf of Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems (PdM FSS) located at the Natick Soldier Systems Center. PdM FSS is providing this draft ahead of formal release to receive feedback on CLIN structure; statement of work; draft solicitation attachments 1-4; draft Sections L&M; and any other questions or concerns. The Government is also considering providing a draft Technical Data Package (TDP) with the formal solicitation release. The Government is waiting on approval of the TDP and that it may be posted once we have it cleared.
