**Amendment 0001:** Purpose of this amendment is to provide repsonses to the questions.

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to accomplish the following:

1. Extend the submission date to 07 August 2026.

2. Update the Salient Characteristics to change the hoist specification from a wire rope hoist to a chain hoist.

3. Post response to industry questions. All other Terms and Conditions of the base solicitation remains unchanged and are in full force and effect.
