## Description

The Army Research Laboraty (ARL) is seeking a non-commercial indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order supply type contract to satisfy the requirement for a variety of propellant types to support testing at multiple ARL experimental facility ranges for large and medium direct fire munitions and apparatuses. Generally, ARL is seeking potential vendors capable of manufacturing a variety of double-based (possibly triple base) propellants in a variety of form factors that fit ARL’s minimum needs.
