## Description

The Battery Science Branch of the Army Research Directorate (ARD) at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) requires one (1) benchtop environmental battery test chamber. This chamber will be used to house lithium-ion or other battery cells and control the temperature of cells during testing, as well as act as a safe storage vessel in the event of thermal runaway or cell failure during testing.
