The Government’s minimum requirements are below: • Platform Height: 10 feet elevation, above ground. • Size of container: 6x8 feet in interior area (or larger). • Container material: Hard sided (plastic, wood, metal, etc.). • Platform Access: Staircase (ladder access is not acceptable). • Tie-down: Way of anchoring to the ground. • Protection from elements: Weather sealed. • Windows: Yes, must open. • Door: Yes, padlock lockable.
