*This is a sole source procurement with VRC Metal Systems* Contractor to cover the cost of provision of services to support the Advanced Bore Coating (ABC) applications for one gun barrel at the Watervliet Arsenal per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide pricing as follows:
