SUPPLY OF LIQUID NITROGEN (UN1977D). WVA HAZMIN#2192. NON-NEGOTIABLE SAFETY REQUIREMENT. AWARD WILL BE FOR A ONE YEAR PERIOD FOR A MAXIMUM OF 18,000 GALLONS. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL TELEMETRY BASED UNIT TO ADHERE TO WVA TANK. CONTRACTOR TO DELIVER AUTOMATICALLY ONCE TANKS REACH 30%. NITROGEN TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN A 48 HR PERIOD. DRIVER TO CHECK IN WITH SHIPPING/RECEIVING AT BUILDING 35E PRIOR AND POST DELIVERY. NITROGEN GAS (BULK ISSUE), MINIMUM 99.998% PURE. MSDS REQUIRED WITH EACH SHIPMENT.
