## Description

*Important Notice to Al Intereste Parties: An Active DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, must be provided or on file, in order to receive all technical data. Drawings and all other technical data will need to be requested and will be sent separately.* This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside to Chromium Nitride Spindles in support of Production at the Watervliet Arsenal. Requirement will be for a base plus two option years. When filling out the solicitation please be sure to provide pricing as follows (all return shipping costs to WVA to be included in unit/lot pricing): Price per piece $

Expected turnaround time from receipt of shipment

calendar days. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Serice Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated. Contractor will prepare and deliver contract data in accordance with CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (DD Form 1423) which is attached and incorporated.
