Coordinate with Watervliet arsenal for the shipment of the Fairfield swage cylinder assembly to contractor facility. 2. Disassemble/Evaluate cylinder assembly. 3. Inspect all parts for dimensional tolerances. 4. Recondition Rod, Strip/polish/Re-chrome. 5. Polish cylinder tube (bore). 6. Clean/Deburr all parts 7. Replace with all new Seals/Bearing Elements 8. Install new hardware 9. Re-assemble complete cylinder 10. Test cylinder to standard bench test procedures. (QAP-10 Sec.3.0) 11. Sandblast & Paint Grey 12. Package for shipment 13.
