## Description

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND (ACC) – WATERVLIET ARSENAL (WVA) NY. proposes to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract. This action will be (IAW SOW) for a sole source procurement with Adirondack Environmental Services, Inc. All responsible entities can submit an offer which will be evaluated. Period of Performance on this maintenance contract shall be for one year: 1 July 2024 through 30 June 2024, plus two (2) option years.

**Overview:** This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirement to perform analysis of non-potable water samples collected by Watervliet Arsenal (WVA) to comply with WVA’s Industrial SPDES Permit (NY0023361) and WVA’s Stormwater discharges are covered under the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) GP-0-17-004 (NYR00G293)
