*Important Notice to All Interested Parties: An Active DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, must be provided in order to receive all technical data. Drawings and all other technical data will need to be requested and will be sent separately.* This solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside to Gas or Ion Nitride Components for Watervliet Arsenal Production. Calendar Days Any unused funds will be deobligated at contract closeout. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated by reference.
