## Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete Punch List items for installation of 300 Ton Fairfield Swage Machine. All work to be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination 15-4143 Latest Revision will apply and is incorporated.

**Note:** This is a sole source procurement with Fairfield Machine Works, Inc. All responsible offerors may submit a quote, which will be evaluated.
