## Description

Due to a lack of sustainment parts, TACOM has placed a request for urgent stock replacement. Sustainment stocks have dropped due to this wearable item being supported to Ukraine. Multiple steel providers on Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) were contacted for quote to support swift completion, however only one offer was received. Awarding to Wingate saves crucial time opposed to posting the solicitation and risking possible delay or nonacceptance due to the urgency of this long lead item.
