**This Pre-solicitation notice has been amended due to the requirement being CANCELLED.

**Important Notice to All Interested Parties:** This is a presolicitation notice. Further information and a complete copy of any referenced specifications will not be made available until the solicitation is released to the public, on or around the estimated date listed below.** One (1) Scrubair Chrome Separator System Delivery Point:

**FOB Destination Delivery:** 4 Months After Date of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation Release:

**13 May 2024 SAM Notice:** In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications.

**Location of Posted Solicitation:** This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA).
