## Description

**Important Notice to All Interested Parties: This is a presolicitation notice. Further information and technical data will not be made available until the solicitation is released to public, on or around the estimated date listed below. An active DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, must be provided in order to receive all technical data. ** 3 Each - Anode, For 120mm M56 Cannon, per Drawing # 12529794T076, Revision N, G5507 (Latest Revision) Applies, and Attached Statement of Work.

Vendor to mark Anode and packaging per drawing requirements. Inspection required. 3 Each - Anode, For 155mm HOW XM199, per Drawing # G5491, Revision A, and Attached Statement of Work. Vendor to mark Anode and packaging per drawing requirements. Inspection required.

**January 21, 2024 SAM Notice:** In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

**Location of Posted Solicitation:** This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA).
