## Description

BOILER PLANT CONTROL CALIBRATION/REPAIR To provide all labor, material and equipment to cover maintenance, calibrations and repair of controls and Boilers at the Watervliet Arsenal per the attached Statement of Work. *Base Year only: To include the fabrication and installation of a Mud Drum Heater in the #3 Boiler.* Provide Pricing as Follows:

Minimum 60 man hours of labor for calibrations and maintenance at normal rate: $

/hour - Note this is only guaranteed amount annually. Hourly rate for emergency service: $

/hour *Additional amount of funding will be included for parts & repairs (in excess of the minimum), which if not used will be deobligated. $
