This action was not awarded competitevly due not only the urgency of the need, but the vendor must have these qualifications in order to be of service: An authorized Starrett Force measuring system distributor. An ISO 17025 accredited calibration house for force measurement systems able to support Starrett systems. Must have personnel within 3 hours driving distance to help support systems at final location. Willrich Precision meets all of these requirements, therefore has been selected for swift completion
