57 DRUM - 55 GALLON NON-DEPOSIT DRUM, MATERIAL MUST BE PACKAGED/SHIPPED IN UNCERTIFIED CONTAINERS, HUBBARD HALL BRAND, ELECTROPOLISH WA, LIQUID ACID MIXTURE, SULFURIC ACID 58%/PHOSPHORIC ACID 42%, PRODUCT CODE -2380012. MSDS REQUIRED. This action was not awarded competitevly due not only the urgency of the need. If 57 drums of Electropolish WA is not purchased and delivered by mid-September, the facility will be forced to use the material from a diffferent project, further delaying manufacturing. Sole source justification given by WVA Aaron Cowee Using the Autority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
