THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS POSTING IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES THE POSTING OF AN OFFICIAL RFP FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF MARKET RESEARCH AND A DEFINED ACQUISITION STATEGY** THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES SOLICITING THIS REQUIREMENT AS AN 8(A) SET-ASIDE FOR A POTENTIAL IDIQ CONTRACT.

THE GOVERNMENT REQUESTS CAPABILITY STATEMENTS (NOT TO EXCEED 3 PAGES) PROVIDING THEIR CAPABILITY TO PERFORM THE TASKS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED PWS AND ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS POSED IN THE "SSN QUESTIONS FOR ANALYSIS AND STUDIES IDIQ" ATTACHMENT.
