Requirement has not changed. The solicitation number and dates are the only things that have changed. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal - Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract for facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. A Statement of Work will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance will be a five (5) year ordering period. The procurement will be 100% small business 8(a) set-aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, the size standard is $45 Million, and the service code is Z2JZ. This requirement will utilize FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 – Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-A0009 will be released on or about 1 December 2025, with a closing date on or about 5 January 2026. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
