A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will for one base year and four option years or 60 months. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 488210, Support Activities for Rail Transportation, the size standard is $34,000,000.00 and the service code is V113 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation: Rail Freight. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5.
