The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), “Soliciting from a single source”. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N224R0016 will be released on or about 29 March 2024, with a closing date on or about 05 April 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 29 March 2024.
