## Description

This specification establishes the requirement for two (2) new Gas Flow Proportional Counter (GFPC) Systems to be acquired and installed at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), Anniston, AL. The GFPC Systems will be responsible for the nuclear counting of the radioactivity of low energy nuclide (mainly alpha/beta emitting). The Contractor shall configure the equipment to provide ANAD with all functionality, capabilities and features as described herein.

The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to prepare, provide, deliver, install, and train personnel on the functional operation and programing of the equipment that includes travel and anything else necessary for the proper functioning and operation of the equipment system.
