This training is a supplement to any retirement and pre-retirement training currently provided by the Army Benefits Center ? Civilian (ABC-C), Civilian Human Resource Agency (CHRA), to ANAD employees and will not serve as a replacement for, or offer the same training as, those training services already provided by ABC-C, CHRA. Additionally, many of ANAD?s employees do not have computer access to attend webinars via the internet, so it is required that any training sessions provided pursuant to this contract be provided live, in-person, and on-site, at ANAD.
