It is not an RFQ. Watervliet Arsenal intends to solicit a contract for the purchase and installation of one Matrix-assisted Laser/Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (MALDI-TOF-MS) at DEVCOM AC WSEC Benét Laboratories (Bldg. 115). This procurement will be solicited as full and open competition. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516, and the associated size standard is 1000 employees. A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a). The estimated issue date is February 13th, 2024. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://www.sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder’s mailing list.
