## Description

The contractor shall coordinate with the Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) planning division team. USACE will the make the connections to establish a working relationship between the contractor and the MRCS. This will involve 2 to 3 one-hour biweekly calls at around 09:00 am Vientiane, Lao time with the MRCS and USACE. See PWS for additional information and requirements.
