## Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood, Texas is issuing a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a firm fixed price supply contract to identify qualified and experienced locksmith service providers capable of supplying and delivering a large quantity of lock cores and keys for an existing master key system at Fort Hood, Texas.

See the attached COMBO, Statement of Work, Attachment 1, and Attachment 2 All questions must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on May 12, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Requests shall be marked with solicitation number W91151-26-Q-A044.

**Security and Compliance:** All locksmith work must be performed by licensed professionals per Texas state law. Strict control and tracking of keys and bitting codes is required, including registered mail for sensitive information.

**Date of Delivery:** 8-10 weeks from award.
