The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents, except for those items specified in Part 3 Government Property and Services. The Contractor shall be able to perform traditional and contemporary Gospel style music by ear, without having to rely on printed sheet music. The Contractor shall perform to the standards (STDs) and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) identified in this PWS. This PWS defines the requirements and deliverables of the Contractor that support the individual Free Exercise of Religion for military personnel, Family members, and authorized personnel.
