## Description

The Solicitation was amended to include the following changes:

a. Amended CLIN/Schedule and added additional OPTION CLINs: 0012, 0013, 0014, 0015, and 0016.

b. Amended 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commerical Products and Commerical Services (NOV 2021) c. Included Government responses to Vendor questions The contractor shall supply 10k pound capacity forklifts, 30k pound capacity forklifts, heavy lift truck with Removable Gooseneck trailer (RGN) capable of hauling a M1A2 SEPv3 tank, flatbed trucks (Semi with trailer) capable of hauling a 20 foot container weighing 30k, and a 200Ton crane.

All leased equipment shall be provided with trained operators, and the crane provided with additional spotters. 1st Cavalry Division requires a MHE contract to support the Sustainment Brigade (1CDSB), 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team (1ABCT), and 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team (3ABCT) deployment operations. 1CDSB/1ABCT/3ABCT/DIVARTY do not have the internal capacity to move equipment and containers from unit Motor Pools to the Fort Cavazos Rail Operations Center (ROC).
