This acquisition is 100% Women Owned Certified Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 236220 (Size Standard $45.0 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The purpose of this project is to convert an existing structure to a Brigade Level Headquarters. This includes but is not limited to demolition, utility work, construct new ramp, stairs and rails, reconfiguration of all infrastructure systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mass notification, and communications). The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work.
