No solicitation is available for competitive bidding, however interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. Any responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM, local time, 14 October 2024 to be considered. No telephonic requests will be accepted. All communications shall be in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mark Pratt, and will only be used to consider whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
